How to use LCD module

LCD module is composed of: LCD controller, liquid crystal equipment and driving circuit and circuit board PCB are all installed together. When using this kind of LCD module, in addition to the precautions when using the general LCD display screen, the following items should also be paid attention to when installing and using:

1. Handle the protective film

There is a protective film on the surface of the installed liquid crystal module product to prevent it from staining the surface during installation. It cannot be removed before the entire machine is installed to avoid staining or staining the display surface.

2. Add padding

It is better to install a spacer of about 0.1 mm between the LCD module and the front panel. The panel should also adhere to a certain level. Make sure that no distortion will occur after installation. And improve the seismic performance.

3. Beware of static electricity

The control and drive circuit in the liquid crystal display module is a low-power, low-voltage CMOS circuit, which is easily broken by static electricity, and the human body sometimes generates high-voltage static electricity of up to a few volts or hundreds of volts, so We must be very careful in operation, installation and use, and guard against static electricity.
