We have a selection of e liquid filling machines both semi and fully automatic.

Semi-automatic filling machines are perfect for a start-up business as they are a cheap way to start producing products within the e-liquid industry. Simple semi-automatic bench top filling, capping and labelling machines can enable the production of up to 600 bottles per hour. For higher percentage VG filling our bench top piston fillers are ideal and can produce up to 1500 bph on 10ml. Fully automatic e-filling machines, can naturally produce a larger scale of output than semi-automatic machines and are ideal for a business which has progressed from a start-up; for example the P2-1 e-liquid filling and capping Monobloc machine is suitable for filling plastic bottles with e-liquid by means of volumetric piston filling. Fully automatic filling, capping and labelling machines can enable the production of up to 2,400 bottles per hour.

The Jinzong Machinery uses a gear pump concept as a metering device to fill correct amounts of gels or liquids into containers

The volume, the speed and the time between filling can be pre set on the operator screen

Each filling cycle can be fast first and slow later to allow the end fill to slow in to the neck

Human interface is achieved using a combined keypad and LCD display configuration

With this option we allow a automatic filling machine with hand placing the cap and plug but automatic torque control.

This format is a small footprint and can be designed to fit into your room or unit requirement . Importunately it is designed for easy and quick change over's especially for the many flavours of e liquids.

Full automatic line

Please see the video of our fully automatic e liquid filling machine. This machine automatically feeds the bottle then fills, feeds and inserts the dropper and automatically caps all at over 52 bottles a minute on our monobloc machine.
