1. Pneumatic press machine

The multi-station press machine is a kind of advanced press machine equipment, which is the integration of multiple press machines. It generally consists of a wire head unit, feeding mechanism, press machine, and wire end. The fast tempo can be more than 40 times/minute, which can meet the high-speed automatic production. The thread head unit can be divided into the depalletizing unit, tape, cleaning and oiling equipment, etc.; the feeding mechanism generally consists of feeding arms; the press machine is generally divided into multi-slide and single-slide, which can be selected according to different needs. Second, the mechanical principle of the press machine

 

The working mechanism of the press machine is driven by the motor through the transmission mechanism to apply processing force to the workpiece. The transmission mechanism is a reduction mechanism driven by belts and gears; a crank mechanism, a linkage mechanism, and a hydraulic cylinder mechanism.

 

Screw press machines do not have a fixed lower stop. For large die forging, multiple impacts can be shaped with single impact, continuous impact and spotting. The impact force is related to the deformation of the workpiece. When the deformation is large, the impact force is small, and when the deformation is small (e.g., cold air), the impact force is large. In these respects, it is similar to the forging hammer.
